The Nest

Donate gently used baby essentials to families in need, including families traveling to Boston for medical care.

We encourage our doula clients to pass along the baby essentials they no longer need.

We pass it on

Your gift goes to families in need through our donation partners, here in Massachusetts and in New Mexico.

Gently used & welcome

What we accept

  • Pregnancy, nursing and newborn clothing
  • New, unopened formula, bottles, pacifiers, breastmilk storage bags, breast pads, diapers, wipes, creams, lotions, shampoos, disposable underwear, sitz baths, pads and ice packs
  • Sterilizers, warmers and bottle drying racks
  • Blankets, swaddles and receiving blankets
  • Strollers
  • Slings, carriers, breastfeeding and Boppy pillows, and loungers
  • Bassinets, co-sleepers and playpens
  • Baby gates, bathtubs, baby monitors and diaper pails
  • High chairs, swings, jumpers, bouncers, activity centers and floor seats
  • Toys, books and play mats
  • Toddler toys for older siblings
  • Knitted or crocheted blankets, hats and mittens

A community where families and doulas support one another, with donation boxes going out regularly to New Mexico and beyond.
